If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity and is not retained or used for tracking.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, a parent or guardian must provide consent on the child’s behalf where permitted by law.
Because the Application does not collect personal data in normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. Even so, no system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.

Pantry Guardian is designed so that product records and related usage information remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to share information directly with the Service Provider. If you contact HAMMA-FARM TOV by email or another support channel, any information you provide may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
You can delete locally stored information using features available in the Application or by removing the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by emailing bohdan9hamma@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
